He has spent over 25 years helping businesses achieve top-line and bottom-line impact through growth strategy development, go-to-market model design, pricing, sales and marketing effectiveness, new product launch and customer management.
He has worked across various industries including business services, communications, real estate, industrial products, financial services, consumer goods and retail.
He also has contributed as a Board member for a few companies, working with top executives to analyze key business drivers and execute core strategies for profitable organic and acquired growth.
Prior to private sector work, Ernest proudly served in the United States Air Force gaining valuable experience internationally by working with military and civilian stakeholders.
JASMIN SIEGLE, PhD
Jasmin has a long-held interest in strategy and passion for problem-solving. She leverages critical-thinking skills and quantitative analysis to create data-driven insights that successfully help clients address strategic problems and facilitate growth.
With several boutique consulting firms, Jasmin has developed strong consulting skills and experience related to organizational purpose, customer insights, pricing & revenue management, digital transformation and due diligence across the private sector, public sector, life sciences, and healthcare industries.
She has developed a deep expertise in the life science and healthcare industry and has specific experience within global commercial strategy for projects at the asset, franchise, and corporate-levels.
Earlier in her career, Jasmin also helped build a non-profit organization and gained significant hands-on leadership experience in a range of complex issues, including service/product innovation, online strategy/marketing/operations, strategic partnerships, client research, project management and HR management.
